Live-priced metal is not a 24/7 toy store. ExtraCoins follows the same online metal protection and vacation tools you set in SpotPro — so overnight gaps, shows, and travel do not leave the shop open when you are not ready.
Optional online metal protection (SpotPro Online Pricing) pauses ExtraCoins checkout when the U.S. session is closed, or when the spot feed is stale or down. Choose all products or only spot-linked / dynamic lines. Counter POS keeps selling.
Schedule a one-shot window (from → until, Eastern time) or a recurring daily pause — for example every night. While active, ExtraCoins uses the same checkout pause path as market protection so you are not babysitting the store overnight.
Keep the shop and listings visible, but stop purchases while you are away. Separate from market-hours pause. Google Shopping feed is vacation-aware so you are not paying to promote buyable inventory you cannot fulfill.

POS counter sales are not affected. Linked auction Buy Now and external listings can follow the same protection rules when you enable them there.

Vacation mode lets you keep the storefront and products visible while turning off purchases. Shoppers can browse; checkout is blocked until you turn vacation off. Your Google Shopping feed is also vacation-aware so Merchant Center does not keep importing buyable listings while you are away. This is separate from market-hours pause.
Authorize.Net and CARDZ3N use embedded checkout on the dealer branded ExtraCoins store. PayPal is optional. Dealers can also enable Zelle, same-day bank wire (with private post-order instructions), local pickup, and cash at pickup. Orders above card limits can require wire. ExtraCoins does not hold funds or charge selling commissions.
Yes. SpotPro quantity is the single source of truth across ExtraCoins retail, Coin Dealer X wholesale, CDX Auction, and counter or coin-show sales. When a piece sells at the register or on the web, channels update from that same stock record. On CDX Auction, listing alone does not hold quantity — a hold starts when there is a bid or the item is in a live-show queue, and ExtraCoins can show shoppers that the piece is selling on auction so buy-now cannot double-sell. No retyping titles and photos for each channel.
Checkout includes velocity checks, first-time buyer rules, high-value scoring, and optional order holds. Dealers can enable cart reservation so live-priced bullion does not sit in abandoned carts at stale prices.
