Privacy Policy
How ExtraCoins and SpotPro collect, use, and protect information. ExtraCoins.com is a SpotPro service operated by The Coin Shop LLC.
This notice covers the ExtraCoins marketing site and the ExtraCoins / SpotPro platform. The full Privacy Policy for SpotPro services is also published at spotpro.us/privacy-policy. If this page and that document differ, the SpotPro privacy policy controls for platform data.
1. What this site collects
When you visit extracoins.com we may collect standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, approximate location) to operate, secure, and improve the site. If you email or call us, we collect the information you send so we can reply.
2. Dealer accounts
Dealers who use ExtraCoins through SpotPro provide account, billing, company, and store-configuration information so we can provide the service, process the subscription, and operate the storefront. We use that information to run ExtraCoins and related SpotPro tools, send service notices, and improve the product.
3. Shoppers on a dealer store
Orders, wishlists, and messages on a dealer ExtraCoins store are collected to fulfill that dealer’s sale or to answer that shopper. Payment card data is handled by the dealer’s processors (for example Authorize.Net, CARDZ3N, or PayPal) — ExtraCoins does not store full card numbers and does not hold funds. A dealer store may publish its own privacy notice at that store’s URL.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers who need it to operate the platform (hosting, email, payment, shipping tools) and when the law requires it. Dealer store orders are shared with that dealer and the processors they enable.
5. Your choices
Dealers can update company and store profile data in SpotPro. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting us. We may retain information as required by law or for legitimate business records.
