Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026. ExtraCoins.com is a SpotPro service operated by The Coin Shop LLC.

ExtraCoins and SpotPro are the same operator and the same legal agreement. The complete Terms of Service that govern https://extracoins.com, https://spotpro.us, dealer ExtraCoins storefronts, and related services are published at spotpro.us/terms. That document is the agreement. This page states how those terms apply on ExtraCoins and adds the ExtraCoins-specific points below.

1. The ExtraCoins service

ExtraCoins provides branded ecommerce storefronts (typically yourname.extracoins.com) for coin and bullion dealers who subscribe to SpotPro. ExtraCoins is not a marketplace and does not charge listing fees, selling commissions, or insertion fees.

2. Dealer stores are the dealer’s

A live shop at a dealer subdomain is operated by that dealer. Listings, prices, inventory, shipping, pickup, taxes, and customer service are the dealer’s responsibility. Checkout runs on the dealer’s merchant account or other methods the dealer enables. ExtraCoins does not hold shopper funds.

Each dealer store may publish its own store terms and privacy notice at that store’s URL (for example /terms and /privacypolicy on the dealer host). Those store policies apply to purchases from that dealer.

3. Subscriptions and accounts

Access to ExtraCoins for dealers is billed as part of a SpotPro subscription, as described in the full Terms. You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.

4. Intellectual property

The ExtraCoins and SpotPro software, design, documentation, and branding are owned by The Coin Shop LLC or its licensors. Dealers keep ownership of their inventory records, photos, and listings, and grant the license needed to operate the storefronts and connected services.

5. Pricing data and disclaimers

Live metal spots and cart prices are provided in good faith from sources believed to be reliable. They are not a guarantee and are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” as stated in the full Terms.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
